Assists site with hardware/desk/office setup as requested.
Executes network or server support tasks on-site.
Provides first level troubleshooting and support for applications.

Handles hardware set-up, deployment, and collection.
Installs software/applications as needed.
Supports basic printing and network issues.
Manages local end user asset inventory.
Provides support for meeting room devices.
Supports warehouse devices and maintains onsite inventory.

Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing, access, kiosks, operational hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Assist site with hardware/ desk/ office/ boardroom setup as requested
Execute supported directed tasks for network or server support on-site by escalations teams.
Provide first level troubleshooting and support for Applications
Capture, store and update in-scope site information.
