Job summary

A leading energy company in the UK is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor (HSEA) to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at their Dimlington Terminal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching staff, monitoring work processes, and providing HSE advice. This role requires strong knowledge of HSE regulations and the ability to conduct training sessions. Full-time position, working 12-hour shifts on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, safety, and environmental roles.
• Ability to coach and engage staff in HSE compliance.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assure work control processes.
• Act as contact for all HSE issues at the site.
• Conduct induction training for new employees.
• Provide HSE advice during planned shutdowns.
