The role of an On‑Board Manager at Avanti West Coast is essential to our success, with a focus on people and customer experience. It is a people‑oriented role that leads a team of on‑board caterers who deliver a safe and memorable service to our customers. (Please note: this role is not based onboard the train – it is a people‑management role, managing the Catering grade.)
Salary: £32,000 – £32,000 per annum.
A proven track record of leadership in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple priorities. Flexibility, positive approach to managing and developing a team are key. Railway experience desirable but not essential.
