Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HVAC ductwork packages on complex projects.
• Comfortable in fast-track, multi-trade construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Full management of the HVAC ductwork package from mobilisation to completion.
• Day-to-day supervision of ductwork subcontractors.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Track progress against programme and implement recovery actions.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of duct systems

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to drive subcontractor performance

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Education

Trade background or HVAC/Building Services engineering qualification
