Qualifications

• Proven experience in quantity surveying within highways or civil engineering projects.
• Working experience of Term Maintenance contracts and NEC 3 form of contract.
• Confident in client-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial contact on site, advising project teams on financial matters.
• Ensure accurate cost and value reporting, monitor WIP, and identify risks.
• Procure and manage subcontractors, including tender analysis and rate negotiations.
