• Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all administration to support client contract.
• Manage invoicing processes according to payment terms.
• Ensure records including timesheets are completed by teams.
• Support financial processes with Managers and Finance.
