A local educational institution in Yalding is seeking an experienced Office Manager to handle administrative duties, financial management, and admission responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment. This part-time role involves working 4 days a week from 8 am to 4 pm and provides opportunities for professional development in a supportive setting.
We are looking to appoint a highly skilled and preferably experienced Office Manager to work in our friendly village school. This role includes a wide range of administrative duties including premises and financial management, admissions and front of house duties.
We require someone to work 4 days per week, 8am – 4pm.
The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience working in administration, and be able to demonstrate excellence, flexibility and commitment in their work.
Experience of managing financial and Health & Safety compliance is desirable.
Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged.
