We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join our well-established team at Fostering Solutions – Oundle in Northamptonshire. This role is focused on delivering positive outcomes for children and young people within a supportive, caring and high‑achieving environment.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious and experienced Office Manager with excellent organisational skills to join our busy fostering team in Oundle. This demanding role requires experience within a professional and fast‑paced office management environment and the ability to demonstrate strong multi‑tasking, decision‑making and IT skills.
Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 dependent on experience. Contract: Permanent/Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Office‑based in Oundle.
