A child care service provider is seeking a part-time Business Support Manager in Salisbury to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fostering Managers. The role encompasses managing a small office team, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring effective communication within the fostering service. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in fostering or children’s services and exhibit strong multitasking abilities. This position requires 30 hours of work per week, with flexible working days to be discussed in the interview.
We have an exciting opportunity for a part timeBusiness Support Managerwithin our South and South East Fostering service to provide administrative support to the Fostering Managers and foster team members.
In addition to the full range of administrative duties that arise in the office, you will also be required to take minutes, write reports, and provide detailed oversight of financial transactions such as carer payments and responding to general inquiries.
You will be responsible for the line management of both Senior and Business support coordinators within your area.
This busy and demanding role will allow you to demonstrate your multitasking skills, using your initiative and confidence to approach tasks independently.
This role is based in ourSalisbury office.
Management of a small office-based team, practical communication skills and leadership are all essential to the role.
Experience of working within a Fostering or children’s services would also be an advantage.
30 hours per week
