A prominent educational trust in the United Kingdom seeks an Office Manager to oversee administrative functions at Avanti Grange Secondary School. Salary: Grade 7. £33,070 - £34,557 per annum, pro rata. Approximately £29,301 - £30,618 per annum (0.88602 FTE)

At the heart of the school’s day-to-day operations, this senior administrative role plays a vital part in ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently and in the best interests of pupils and staff.
Working closely with the Head of School and the Learning Village Business Support Manager, the postholder will lead and coordinate the school’s administrative function, providing professional, high-quality support across all areas of school life. From managing daily cover, resources and compliance, to line managing staff, supporting safeguarding and contributing to the strategic development of the school, this role offers the opportunity to make a real and visible impact.
It is ideally suited to an experienced, highly organised professional who thrives on responsibility, values collaboration and takes pride in creating strong systems that enable a school community to flourish.
