  • Wetherby Based Role – Must be within commutable distance
  • Full Time, Permanent Position | Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 5pm

The Role

With the business busier than ever, new sales and warehouse hires in place, and exciting plans for 2026, our client is growing again and looking for an administrator to ensure operations run smoothly and support this continued growth. This new role will sit at the heart of the business, supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Whether that’s processing orders, assisting with invoicing, supporting sales, or helping coordinate procurement and dispatch. You’ll be the steady, organised presence that keeps the team on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing all customer communication; answering incoming calls, managing emails, and greeting any visitors, clients or suppliers.
  • Supporting in the management of daily office operations.
  • Maintaining company records, policies, and procedures, handling data entry and company databases.
  • Supporting the wider team across a variety of admin, stock, product & logistics tasks
Key Skills
  • Previous experience in a similar administration or support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A natural problem solver, who is comfortable working in a team and independently, and can find solutions quickly.
  • Experience within a distribution, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous.
