If you are motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of transport and work at the forefront of brand and partnership management, this could be the role for you!**You'll be responsible for*** Leading and executing strategic aims for the OEM partnership, empowering and influencing internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences.* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with OEM, partners, dealer networks, and stakeholders to develop and implement growth strategies for all brands and partners.**Day to day, you'll...*** Utilise business, customer, dealer, market, and competitor intelligence to develop opportunities and transform them into deliverable plans aligned to strategic goals.* Monitor and review digital performance of products and services, developing strategies to optimise customer journeys and service delivery.* Support the design, build, and management of projects through to completion, engaging key stakeholders to deliver results in a cost-effective and timely manner.* Drive the cultural, behavioural, and business changes necessary to achieve our growth and change strategy, ensuring effective implementation and optimisation of change and new technology.* Conduct regular customer and partner reviews, providing insight and recommendations to enhance satisfaction and retention.* Ensure compliance and regulatory oversight in line with Group policies, procedures, and requirements, managing conduct, credit, regulatory, and legal risks.**What you’ll need*** Customer Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills and a solid understanding of OEM operations and the UK retail finance marketplace.* Market/Product Understanding: Understanding industry trends and competitor activity, your insights will help shape innovative propositions for our customer base.* Commercial & Pricing Model savvy: Understanding and ability to balance margin and volume requirements alongside other critical metrics. Analysing partner profitability to ensure delivery of business plan, whilst balancing needs of customers and delivering good customer outcomes.* Change & Innovation: Ability to drive the change agenda across internal and external partners, demonstrating innovative thinking and a growth mindset to support the design and implementation of change initiatives.* Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to use a wide range of tools and techniques to provide insight, recommendations, and solutions. Strong problem-solving, judgement, and decision-making skills.* Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, monitor, control, and mitigate risks, proactively developing approaches and recommending improvements.
