🩺 What you'll do
  • Case Management: Advise officers and staff, support workplace adjustments, and champion proactive health measures.
  • Health Promotion: Develop and deliver programmes that empower healthy lifestyle choices, working closely with our Wellbeing team.
  • Clinical Excellence: Conduct health assessments, surveillance (spirometry, audiometry), and ensure our clinics run smoothly.
  • Collaboration: Work with Health & Safety, People Services, and medical professionals to manage risks and support rehabilitation.
  • Leadership (Senior Nurse): Deputise for the Head of Occupational Health, manage complex cases, and audit clinical work.
  • Recent clinical or public sector experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse medical data and make sound decisions
  • Registered Nurse (NMC Part 3 or equivalent)
  • Experience in health surveillance and promotion
