Job summary

A leading engineering company seeks a Safety I&C Commissioning Engineer for a role in Cranfield, UK. This position involves testing and commissioning I&C systems as part of the localisation program at Hinkley Point C. Candidates should have a degree in an engineering discipline, along with 3 to 8 years of experience in Nuclear Engineering. Knowledge of TXS systems and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Fluency in English required, with French and German as bonuses.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified Engineer in an appropriate scientific or engineering discipline.
• 3 to 8 years’ experience in Nuclear Engineering.
• Knowledge of EPR design and UK context.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and testing I&C systems across HPC plant units.
• Conducting root cause analysis of control faults.
• Leading diagnostic testing on TXS and UNICORN.
