Overview of the role

Key duties

• Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents'daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongsideCompany policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completingtraining, as required

The Day Opportunities are open 9.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. The services are designed to encourage independence, improve wellbeing, and to adapt to the changing needs of individuals and families throughout their lives. Through providing local and sustainable support that is consistent, reliable, and flexible, we enable people to live the lives they want to lead and thrive.
