We’re looking for an ambitious and influential National Specification Manager to lead our UK Specification Team and champion SFS products across the South West region. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll manage a team of two while also taking responsibility for your own territory - leading by example to deliver a strong, sustainable pipeline of specification projects.

At SFS, we’re trusted by architects, consulting firms, and specifiers to deliver innovative solutions for the building envelope. In this role, you’ll help maintain that trust while driving growth, deepening customer partnerships, and representing our brand as a technical authority within the industry.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in a specification-led sales environment within the construction or building envelope sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and engage a team.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to represent SFS at a senior level within architectural and engineering practices.
