Your remit is to accelerate market share, strengthen key partnerships, and optimise performance across an integrated supply chain that underpins UK agriculture.

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a national sales plan aligned with long-term business objectives.
Team Performance: Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team to exceed ambitious targets.
Commercial Growth: Identify and secure new revenue streams while deepening relationships with major accounts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform proactive decision‑making.
Financial Control: Deliver accurate forecasting, margin optimisation, business insights and debtor management.
Industry Presence: Represent the business at key agricultural events, reinforcing its leadership position.
Proven success at leading sales teams within UK agriculture is essential.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic skillset with a track record of delivering growth and profitability.
Deep understanding of UK agricultural market dynamics and, ideally, beef supply chains.
Clear approach to sales processes, account management, and pipeline management.
Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Demonstrable negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in CRM and data‑driven decision‑making.
Flexibility to travel nationally.
Desirable: Experience in integrated supply chains, farm management technology, and agri‑finance.
