Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with volunteers or within voluntary organisations.
• Confidence in responding to safeguarding concerns and disclosures.
• Experience supporting or managing lower-level safeguarding investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of active safeguarding cases.
• Provide guidance and support to clubs on safeguarding.
• Work closely with statutory agencies and act as a key contact for investigators.

Skills

Experience working in a safeguarding role

Strong understanding of safeguarding processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong IT skills

Ability to assess and manage risk
