A leading animal welfare charity in the UK seeks a LifeLine Team Leader to manage their day-to-day service operations. This role requires experience in leading teams and working with vulnerable adults. Strong communication and project management skills are essential. Candidates will enjoy a competitive salary and various health benefits. The position involves remote work with travel across the UK, especially for team meetings and presentations.
Team: Lifeline
Location: Remote with travel across the UK, approximately once per month (more frequent initially) to facilitate meetings, provide presentations and line management
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: Up to £49,655.50 per year
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract

Background check: This role requires a basic DBS check.
