Job description

We are looking for an experienced multi‑trader to join our client’s Repairs and Maintenance team in Maidstone and the surrounding areas. The role involves attending urgent and scheduled jobs across a range of trades.

Responsibilities

• Attend plumbing, plastering, carpentry, brickwork and related work on‑site.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Follow health and safety procedures, work at heights, be asbestos aware and understand COSH and manual handling.
• Work a 40‑hour week with the option to join the out‑of‑hours emergency rota.

Qualifications

• Ideally qualified in a main trade, though experience and a good skill set are acceptable.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
