Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative in social housing or similar.
• Skilled in at least two core trades such as carpentry or plumbing.
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation with site risk assessment ability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality repairs and maintenance in residents’ homes.
• Attend responsive maintenance call-outs for first-time fixes.
• Conduct on-site risk assessments and comply with safety procedures.
