Qualifications

• Experience in the Fire & Security industry is essential.
• Must have a valid UK driving license.
• Ability to safely lift and climb ladders.
• Customer-facing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Prioritize jobs effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Complete all reports and certification accurately.

Skills

Experience in Fire & Security industry

Full UK driving license

Ability to lift and climb ladders

Previous customer-facing experience

Education

Relevant qualifications (18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, FIA)
