Qualifications

• Proven experience in joinery, brickwork, plastering, drainage, and all aspects of building work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
• Fitness and motivation to work in an ever-changing industry.
• Ability to read and understand plans and drawings.
• Clean, presentable, and well-spoken with strong communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work away from home and travel nationwide.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of building work on oil contaminated residential properties.
• Perform internal and external remediation works to high standards.
• Work as part of a team in challenging environments with tight time constraints.
• Read, understand, and work from plans and drawings.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and respectful working environment.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and colleagues.
• Travel nationwide to project sites.
• Keep accurate records including timesheets and job records.
