Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of our operational depots?
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Depot Supervisor to join our Estates, Valuation and Facilities team. This is a pivotal role overseeing a portfolio of strategically important depot sites across the New Forest district – the backbone of our essential services.
You’ll be at the heart of these changes, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving improvements that support our ambitious service goals.
While your main base will be our brand-new Hardley Depot, you’ll also travel across a network of strategically important sites – from Ringwood to Totton and coastal locations. Hardley offers modern offices, welfare facilities, and workshops designed for efficiency and safety, while other depots provide varied environments where your leadership will make a real impact. You’ll enjoy a role that blends office‑based tasks with hands‑on operational oversight, giving you the best of both worlds: structured spaces for planning and collaboration, and active engagement in the field.
As one of the largest districts in the country, with 6 towns and a close relationship with neighbouring conurbations, the New Forest provides a supportive environment in which everyone who works for us can help drive our aims.
