Our expert mechanics carry out bicycle / e-bike maintenance, service and repair for our customers whether at home, work or roadside, supported by our back-office customer service team. We are actively seeking proficient bike mechanics to join our team, coverage areas include Surrey, London, and parts of the South East — depending on your location.

Responsibilities
  • Service and repair customer bikes to the highest standard and with maximum reliability.
  • Third party bicycle support including warranty work, bike builds and ready to ride deliveries.
  • Accurately inspect, diagnose, and fix issues and faults in a required timeframe.
  • Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to customers.
  • Stock control on parts and consumables to be retained in van.
Skills and experience
  • 2 years’ experience in a professional workshop environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the cycle industry. E-bike experience preferred.
  • Can-do attitude and problem-solving mentality.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety guidelines.
  • Cytech level 2 or higher (or equivalent) qualification preferred.
