• Experience in working within Merchandising and/or Merchandising planning in a multi/omni channel company.
• Deep understanding of seasonality and customer behavior in the retail market.
• Ability to analyze financial performance and suggest actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial and qualitative merchandise plans by channel.
• Collaborate with local finance in budget setting and reviewing.
• Review and update Open-to-Buy plans regularly.
