Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' site experience in building services or MEP engineering construction.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in managing multiple procurement packages simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Engage with subcontractors and labour agencies for procurement.
• Lead the subcontract tendering process for MEP trades.
• Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets and schedules.
