Job summary

Detailed Description

To provide consistent, positive support to young people aged 8–25, helping them to build confidence, develop life skills, and engage in positive activities. As a Mentor/Befriender, you will be a trusted role model — listening without judgment, encouraging personal growth, and helping young people feel valued and connected.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a supportive, respectful, and trusting relationship with your matched young person.Offer a listening ear and friendly conversation, providing encouragement and motivation.
