We are looking for a motivated Mental Health and ADHD Operations Associate to join our growing team at Boots Online Doctor. This is a full-time hybrid vacancy, working 37.5 hours per week, within our vibrant office in Islington, London.
Reporting into our Junior Operations Manager, you will support day to day administrative requirements across Boots Digital Health. As part of the admin team, you will be a point of contact for day-to-day queries, you will actively investigate and resolve raised enquiries and issues within the team. You will provide efficient support to the ADHD and Mental Health service for appointment management, daily service operations and daily messaging alongside other required duties.
