Medical Writer / Senior Medical Writer

The role

We are looking for a Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer to join our Nucleus Global Team. You will use your scientific expertise to develop clear, accurate and engaging medical communications across a range of projects and formats.

You will be an experienced medical writer who is looking to progress, lead projects, and continue developing your career within a global organisation.

What you'll do

• Develop high-quality scientific and medical content for a variety of Commercial materials, including:
  • Manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress materials
  • Meeting reports
  • Educational and training materials
• Take ownership of the scientific and editorial components of assigned projects
• Lead medical writing workstreams and contribute to project planning and delivery
• Work with our teams and clients to ensure content meets scientific, strategic and regulatory standards
• Apply scientific knowledge to different therapeutic areas and products within our client portfolio

You will have

Required

• A BSc, MSc or PhD (or equivalent experience) in a life sciences–related discipline
• Professional medical writing experience gained within a medical communications agency
• You will have knowledge with at least one major disease area (e.g. bladder, oncology)
• You will be able to express scientific data for different audiences and formats
• Exposure to both medical and commercial perspectives of drug development
