Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the commercial/industrial sector.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, codes, and by‑laws.
• Knowledge of the Canadian National Building Code (NBC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to visually inspect mechanical building systems.
• Analyze and provide technical support for mechanical equipment.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports on inspections.
