What you’ll be doing

As part of our MarTech Enablement team, you will develop in‑depth knowledge of our tools, processes, and specific implementations for several clients. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of CRM Gecko strategies, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. This role involves working hands‑on to implement CRM solutions, optimise processes, and leverage data insights to enhance customer engagement and retention. As an MarTech Enablement Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM technology with business objectives, support end‑to‑end campaign management, and deliver personalised customer experiences that drive growth and loyalty.

Key responsibilities
  • Contribute to чыкканلو development and execution of CRM strategies across multiple channels.
  • Drive CRM transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, including planning, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Campaign set up quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align CRM solutions with business goals.
  • Utilise data analytics to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and improve customer engagement.
  • Support change management and training to ensure successful adoption of CRM tools.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing.Imaging insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
  • Working experience and knowledge using one or more of the following campaign management platforms to execute campaigns; Adobe Campaign, Braze, Bloomreach or similar.
  • Previous experience building out and executing multi‑channel campaign journeys
  • Ability to interrogate campaign briefs and interpret campaign requirements
  • Results orientated and an understanding of measuring success of campaigns
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, specifically Email, SMS and Push channels
  • Great attention to detail and logical thinker
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Good time management skills and proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy development and execution.
  • Hands‑on experience with campaign management and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
