As part of our MarTech Enablement team, you will develop in‑depth knowledge of our tools, processes, and specific implementations for several clients. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of CRM Gecko strategies, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. This role involves working hands‑on to implement CRM solutions, optimise processes, and leverage data insights to enhance customer engagement and retention. As an MarTech Enablement Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM technology with business objectives, support end‑to‑end campaign management, and deliver personalised customer experiences that drive growth and loyalty.
