A leading company in the coffee industry seeks a Marketing Programme Manager to drive marketing excellence and achieve commercial goals. The role involves managing brand planning processes, facilitating decision-making, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
In this Marketing Programme Manager role, you will lead key commercial processes and forums to deliver marketing excellence and achieve our commercial goals throughout the year.
You will support the marketing team in activating their brand plans by leading Product to Market, Stage Gate, Brand Planning, and Activation forums and processes end to end across brands and channels (retail and out of home). Your focus will be on maximizing input excellence at each stage, facilitating critical decision-making, and creating the regular cadence required in this fast-paced environment.
As part of the Marketing Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this is a highly visible and critical role requiring excellence in programme management. You will support brand teams and key cross-functional partners, line managing, coaching, and developing marketing talent, and contributing to marketing excellence at JDE Peets.
