About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan, develop, and deliver marketing activities that align with our communications strategy and promote the Maritime Luxury Yacht business objectives, brand, and values.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for the Luxury Yacht business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create tailored marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, evaluating and reporting on effectiveness.
  • Drive lead generation, thought leadership, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and other platforms.
  • Manage eShop visual content and coordinate advertising and media buying.
  • Support digital marketing efforts and maintain website and social media presence.
  • Organize internal and external events, including photography and branding needs.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Eloqua) for lead management.
  • Provide marketing expertise and support across teams, including occasional travel for events.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within creative or media environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent editing and proofreading ability.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; familiarity with social media tools and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and design.
