Salary: £34K - £40K dependant on experience

We are looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Assistant to support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role involves content creation, website management, social media coordination and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong analytical skills and a good understanding of digital marketing tools and design principles.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, email and social media channels.
  • Create and edit marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Support social media activities by creating and scheduling content.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing projects.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in a marketing or digital content role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and website management.
  • Experience in Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and Google Analytics
