Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical marine engineering background is essential.
• Proven experience in technical support is required.
• Excellent understanding of P&ID and mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support across the entire WAW product line.
• Manage and coordinate field service operations.
• Develop and maintain high-level customer support.
• Provide quotations and manage service orders in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with QEHS policies.
