Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is a vital role within the Naturium marketing team. This position is responsible for supporting the full funnel of brand development in the UK & Australia.

It is essential this candidate demonstrate key cultural practices of growth, positivity, honesty, curiosity, innovation, speed, agility and collaboration.

Peer collaboration is extremely important as this team member needs the collective support of the Naturium global team (based in Los Angeles) to support the execution of their responsibilities.

This role has a broad remit. The candidate must be entrepreneurial and be able to collaborate highly effectively with global teams based in Los Angeles.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to‑market execution: responsible for deployment and executional excellence of GTM strategy in the UK and Australia.
  • Investment Management: collaborate with marketing director in executing marketing investment plan from brand awareness campaigns to POS conversion initiatives.
  • Earned and Paid Media: in collaboration with leads from global team and local marketing director, support agency partner management for all paid and earned media.
  • Trade Marketing: responsible for deployment and executional excellence of GTM execution in the UK & Australia.
  • Market Intelligence: transmit local market intelligence to global teams to ensure global brand and product strategies support localized territories.
