A social support organization in Greater London is seeking a Male Support Worker to assist individuals in living independently in their homes. The role includes providing personal care, financial assistance, and encouraging participation in community activities. Candidates must be flexible with shifts, and while drivers are preferred, it's not a requirement. The position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits including holiday, training opportunities, and a pension scheme.
Full time and part time available
£12.21 per hour covering HA5 5RD area

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible. This involves following daily planners, helping with financial expenditure, personal care, domestic support and administration of medication.
A rewarding part of the role will be encouraging participation in activities in the local community to enhance social inclusion.
Candidates must be flexible to cover days, evenings, weekends and waking nights.
Drivers preferred but not essential.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
