Job summary

A community support organization in the UK is looking for a Male Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Practitioner to provide essential support to young boys and men at risk of sexual exploitation. The role requires delivering outreach sessions, facilitating group interventions, and collaborating with professionals to ensure safety and well-being. Candidates must have a qualification in Youth Work/Social Work or equivalent experience. This is a fixed-term position, averaging 30 hours per week, with a salary of £32,565 per annum pro rata.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in safeguarding young children.
  • Experience providing casework support to boys and young men.
  • Knowledge of risks posed to vulnerable young people through sexual exploitation.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a caseload of boys and young men identified as exhibiting harmful sexual behaviours.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide intensive and holistic support.
  • Facilitate group work interventions in schools and youth groups.
  • Deliver detached sessions in various settings to engage at-risk boys and young men.
