Responsibilities
- Fitting curtain poles and hanging curtains
- Resealing sinks, baths and showers
- Removing damaged intumescent strips from all doors and replace with new ones
- Removing old kitchens
- Installing new kitchens (not to include plumbing work)
- Completing minor plumbing repairs such as fixing dripping taps or running toilet cisterns
- Installing household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers
- Installing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- Conducting property clearance following tenant move out
- Following local and national building codes
- Complying with all company safety regulations
- Keeping a maintenance record
- Responding to repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
- Attending Nomad Team meetings as required
- Attending the Nomad offices when not on-site conducting maintenance work, to complete any necessary paperwork in conjunction with the staff team, especially the Administration and Finance Assistant.
