Maintenance Officer - Oakwood Avenue Primary School
The role

The Governors of Oakwood Avenue Primary School wish to appoint a committed, proactive, highly motivated and responsible person to join our maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the site including site security, maintenance, completion of relevant paperwork and maintaining outside areas.

Governors seek an individual who can:

  • work as part of a team
  • communicate effectively with children, staff, governors, parents and contractors
  • demonstrate adherence to established safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage their time effectively, ensuring key tasks and priorities are carried out as required and to a compliant standard.
  • Ensure the school and its grounds are always safe and secure for our children and staff.
