  • Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly.
  • Perform both reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with production to meet performance goals.
  • Follow safety and repair best practices at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Join a market-leading food manufacturing company operating in a modern, high-tech production facility in Coventry. We're seeking Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a growing and well-structured engineering team.

This is not a firefighting role — you'll be part of a large, well-invested factory with healthy maintenance budgets, strong processes, and a supportive team ethos. Shift Pattern
  • 4 on 4 off – Days and Nights (12 hour shifts): 06:30 – 18:30 / 18:30 – 06:30 (blocks of 4)

What We're Looking For
  • Time‑served or apprenticeship‑trained engineer
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
