• Responsible for daily delivery of Matalan Me, supporting retail teams.
• Manage store communication briefs for new initiatives.
• Oversee Loyalty card stock, forecasts, and budgets.
• Plan and execute free gifts and partnership strategy.
• Work with teams for events and customer journeys.
