• Train store employees on LP and safety policy compliance.
• Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Prepare incident, accident, and investigation reports as needed.
• Assist in investigating policy violations by employees.
• Ensure confidentiality on investigations and outcomes.
• Support the store in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.
