A trusted property consultancy is seeking a Loan Security Valuation Surveyor to prepare valuations for various properties, conduct inspections, and compile reports. This full-time role offers flexible working hours and requires a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification valuation experience. Strong communication, organisational skills, and knowledge of RICS standards are essential. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver quality service. A full UK driving license and proficiency in Excel are also required.

The Loan Security Valuation Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed valuations for a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, primarily for loan security purposes. Daily tasks will include conducting site inspections, compiling valuation reports, market research, client communication, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver an efficient and high-quality service. This is a full-time role based in our Maidenhead office.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Loan Security Valuations, Simon Mills, and work alongside six other colleagues as part of an established team. You will be liaising with clients, occupiers and colleagues in a demanding role that requires excellent communication, time-management, and reporting skills.
