Job description

Stratford Subaru is seeking a 310S Licensed Automotive Technician to join a stable, well-managed service department with a proven track record of growth and consistency.

Our service operation has delivered over four consecutive years of customer-pay volume and sales growth, supported by strong advisor performance, fair dispatch, and a structured appointment-setting process through our internal BDC. The result is a predictable workflow and steady hours throughout the day.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The Role

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Complete accurate diagnostics and quality repairs in a flat-rate environment
• Work with experienced Service Advisors who write clearly and secure customer authorization on quoted work
• Support a strong used-vehicle reconditioning and safety inspection process
• Communicate professionally with Advisors to ensure efficient job flow and minimal rework
• Maintain high workmanship standards to reduce comebacks and protect technician efficiency
