From day one you’re part of the Kohler Mira community – a collaborative, forward‑focused team with a shared pride in our work and commitment to delight our customers, develop innovative products and services and inspire our people.

Are you enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven? Join our apprenticeship programme as a Content Creator Apprentice and become part of our growing team. This is your chance to develop your skills, gain hands‑on experience and take advantage of the exciting opportunities we offer.

Job Summary

The role will be focused on supporting the delivery of our brand communications strategies through the creation of engaging content.

As a creative individual we want you to be curious and to develop a good understanding of our internal and external audiences and, throughout your apprenticeship, explore how we best engage these audiences through innovative and compelling content.

Your apprenticeship will last for fifteen months, including learning and assessment, during which time you will be a member of our Marketing Department, working closely with the Brand Visualisation Manager and Communications team. You will be taught and supported to execute a range of creative content skills and work on projects that support your development and align with your apprenticeship with our training provider, The Learning Curve Group.

Day to Day Activities and Projects
  • Working with the Marketing teams to create engaging content against set briefs for a variety of communication channels including social, website, email and print media.
  • Supporting the Brand Visualisation Manager to deliver internal presentations, team briefs and films.
  • Supporting Internal Communications to deliver branded content, including capturing photography at internal events.
  • Using our research platform to test different content executions prior to implementation.
  • Managing the saving, storing and accuracy of all content with our Digital Asset Management System.
  • Bringing insights from your learning on the latest content trends and best technologies for content creation.

Alongside working closely with the Brand Visualisation Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated apprenticeship manager who will oversee your development, college progress and ensure you are working on value‑add business projects.

You will join an ever‑growing cohort of apprentices across the business and engineering functions all focused on working towards similar goals. We encourage and empower our apprentices to strive for achievement with many of them having won awards at nationally recognised events for Sustainability and Contact Centre contributions, and recognition awards through their colleges.

Specific Responsibilities

In order to develop relevant and specific skills you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship, which will support you as you grow in your role. This part‑time study will provide you with the opportunity to apply your learning to real‑life business projects.

Personal and professional development is at the heart of a career at Kohler Mira. Regular time for self‑reflection and review, and one‑to‑ones with your manager will be in place to support you. You will also be able to access, and utilise, our comprehensive Associate training courses and materials. This will support you to regularly review your strengths and areas for development, and for two‑way feedback.

As an apprentice you will also:
