A prestigious university in Hartpury is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Cognitive and Biological Psychology to lead their BSc programme launching in 2026. The role involves ensuring excellent student experiences, contributing to research and knowledge exchange, and working collaboratively within the department. A PhD in Psychology and teaching experience in higher education are required.

£36,047 - £40,548 per annum (Lecturer salary band)
£41,757 - £52,851 per annum (Senior Lecturer salary band)
A minimum of 37 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in cognitive and biological Psychology to programme lead the BSc (Hons) Psychology due to be launched in September 2026. You will have the opportunity to support the success and future growth of the psychology provision, including the development and validation of postgraduate provisions.
