Qualifications

  • Good standard of education; Maths and English GCSE grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal skills and good knowledge of ICT.

Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher and SENCo by planning and delivering small group activities.
  • Observe, record and report on student learning to inform instruction.
  • Provide classroom support in literacy, numeracy and behaviour.
