Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience supporting organisational outcomes leading learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement a central L&D repository.
  • Monitor and report on training and development initiatives.
  • Capture internal and external training initiatives.
  • Refine policies and processes for professional development.
  • Maintain compliance training and records.
  • Analyse data and prepare reports.

Skills

Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience in learning and development or HR coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
Understanding of tikanga Māori
Willingness to learn te reo

Education

Relevant qualification in HR or Org Development
